Frequently asked questions
Does the opposing party pay my legal fees?
If you use a lawyer and the court rules in your favour, the losing party will have to pay you legal fees. This is a fixed amount, linked to the value of the case.
There is therefore no system in which your legal fees are borne one-on-one by an opposing party, in most cases the legal fees will cover these costs largely or completely.

professional secrecy.
This guarantees that the information you provide will only be used in your interest and
will be kept secret.
If you wish to call on a lawyer and he determines that there is even the slightest risk that this could breach confidential information that another client has entrusted to him, or if there is possibly another party involved for whom he is acting, he will inform you that he cannot help you in this case because of a conflict of interest.
