What is the hourly rate for LM&DS?

In each case, we will discuss with you the applicable hourly rate for effective services, taking into account the basic rate set per lawyer of between €130 and €180 (excluding VAT) for private individuals and between €155 and €210 (excluding VAT) in other cases. The lawyer handling your case will be able to present you at any time with his timesheet detailing the services rendered.
