What is the hourly rate for LM&DS?

In each case, we will discuss with you the applicable hourly rate for effective services, taking into account the basic rate set per lawyer of between €118 and €160 (excluding VAT) for private individuals and between €139 and €187 in other cases. When the intervention of LM&DS is urgent, the fee may be adjusted by multiplying the hourly rate with a coefficient. The lawyer handling your case will be able to present you at any time with his timesheet detailing the services rendered.
