Company law is a part of corporate law. Our lawyers at LM&DS provide assistance and represent your interests when dealing with this branch of law.

We also help you with acquisitions (goodwill and shares), assisting you throughout the entire process from negotiation to closing.

We assist you if you have any questions about the day-to-day running of the corporate bodies, for example when convening an ordinary or special general meeting. We can also help you with the dissolution and liquidation of your company.

We represent your interests when you serve or are served a summons, for example in the case of directors' liability. If you have a conflict with your associates and wish to resign, we may be able to initiate a dispute resolution procedure for you.
